Disneyland Paris launches new online Disney parks reservation system

Today, Disneyland Paris launched a new online reservation system which will help the resort comply with physical distancing measures in line with the guidance of French government and health authorities, as a limited number of guests will be welcomed each day. Guests in possession of a non-dated ticket or an Annual Pass can now register on the system to obtain a reservation for park entry (subject to availability) prior to their arrival on site.

Guests who have a dated ticket do not need to register and select a date. Likewise, guests with packages that include park admittance organized by Euro Disney will receive admission for each day to the Disney Parks included in their stay, and do not need to use the new online reservation system. Guests who book packages through third party operators are invited to check with them if a reservation is required. More information on registration conditions is available on https://www.disneylandparis.com/en-gb/register-tickets/

Once guests have a valid ticket or Annual Pass, they will need to follow the steps below to register :

  1. Log in to their Disney Account or create a new account.
  2. Add their Ticket(s) and/or Pass(es) to their Disney Account.
  3. Choose their visit date (depending on the validity conditions of your Tickets or Pass(es) and subject to availability).
  4. Receive a registration confirmation e-mail.
  5. On the day, be ready to present your Ticket or Pass and their registration confirmation e-mail (printed or saved on their phone) to enter the Park(s).

Tickets and packages are on sale on the disneylandparis.com website, Disneyland Paris call center and official travel partner channels, with a limited number of tickets available each day during the initial reopening phase. Ticket sales will not be available on site.

To provide guests with maximum flexibility, new booking conditions are now available to include cancellations and modifications without fees (excluding insurance and/or transport fees, if applicable) on hotel stays organized by Euro Disney anytime up to seven days before the arrival date. Specific details are available on www.disneylandparis.com

As Disneyland Paris prepares for reopening, guests are invited to check www.disneylandparis.com for the latest information.

Disney and me, it's a long love story. I fell into it as a child and never got out. From movies to theme parks, through the history of the Walt Disney Company, to comic books, everything fascinates me.
