Terms and conditions of the free competition organised by the ED92 association

1. Organiser: The competition is organised by the ED92 association (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Organiser’).
2. Participation: This competition is free and open to any adult or minor with parental consent. Participation is limited to one entry per person.
3. Terms and conditions: The competition is being promoted on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and X. To participate, entrants must comply with the conditions detailed above for each network. Any incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
4. Duration: The competition runs from Sunday 22 December 2024 at 12 noon to Wednesday 25 December 2024 at 7 p.m. for Facebook, X and TikTok, and from Sunday 22 December 2024 at 4 p.m. to Wednesday 25 December 2024 at 7 p.m. for Instagram.
5. Prizes: The prizes to be won are specified above and for each social network. Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
6. Results: The winner(s) will be drawn at random from among the participants who meet all the conditions of the competition. They will be announced on the Thursday following the end of the competition, and the winners will be contacted by e-mail or private message depending on the social network on which they participated.
7. Liability: This competition is in no way sponsored, managed or associated with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram or X. The Organiser releases Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and X from any liability related to this competition.
