Disneyland Paris will open its doors soon! Do you have any questions? We have your answers!! 



General Access


When will Disneyland Paris reopen its doors ?

The reopening is scheduled for 15 July 2020 if sanitary measures permit.

What are the opening hours ?

Disneyland Park is open from 10am to 8pm every day of the week and Walt Disney Studios is open from 10am to 7pm.


Are the extra magic hours still relevant ?

Extra magic hours are available to hotel residents, Magic Plus Annual Pass and Infinity members, as well as their Privilege Ticket Companions, subject to Disney Parks’ capacity. Please note that Moments of Magic Plus will be available from July 16 (subject to change, please check Disneylandparis.com before your visit).

I want to go to the park on July 15th, what should I do ?

Disneyland Paris will welcome a limited number of daily visitors during its initial reopening. To guarantee their admission, visitors with or having purchased undated tickets, as well as holders of an Annual Passes, will have to register on a platform before their arrival on site to obtain a reservation of entry to the Parks. The link will be sent to you as soon as it is available.


Can I go to the park with my dated ticket without reservation ?

Visitors who already have a dated ticket do not need to register and book a date.


Can I buy my tickets directly at the ticket offices ?

Ticket sales are currently available on the official website of Disneyland Paris, the central booking office and via official travel partners, with a limited number of tickets per day during the initial reopening. On-site ticket sales will not be available at the reopening so please purchase in advance to avoid being turned away.


Can I come without booking in advance?

Yes it is possible but without any guarantee of access if the booking quota is reached.

 

When can I book my ticket to come if I don’t have a dated ticket ?

The booking site for undated tickets and Annual Passes will be available in July. That said, the sale of new tickets is already available


What about people with disabilities ?

Persons with disabilities who do not have an Annual Pass will need to purchase their ticket in advance and book their entry to the park online. They will then have to go to the entrance of the park to exchange their ticket after checking the proof of disability. Their carer must present themselves at the entrance at the same time as them in order to benefit from their free ticket.

What will be the maximum capacity ?

The number of visitors will be limited to 25,000 per day.

Will there be shows and parades ?

The closing show of the park “Illuminations” as well as the parade will not be available.
The show “The Lion King and the Rhythms of the Earth” will return during the summer. We have no information regarding Junglebook Jive.

Will Panoramagic be available?

Yes, from the 15th of July.



Sanitary measures and changes on the park

 

Do I have to wear a mask for my visit ?

Wearing the mask will be required for all visitors aged eleven and over, Cast Members as well as service providers, throughout the duration of your visit.


Should I take a bottle of alcoholic hydro gel with me ?

More than 2000 alcoholic hydro gel stations will be available through the destination (Parks, Hotels, backstage, etc.) especially at the entrance and exit of each attraction, shop, restaurant and concert hall.

Will the toilets still be accessible ?

Yes, no worries. However, there will be several closures during the day to perform a total disinfection.

Will the parks be disinfected ?

Disneyland Paris will increase the frequency of cleaning, in addition to the cleanliness standards already in place. Before it reopens, targeted areas – such as kitchens, sanitary facilities and attractions – will be thoroughly cleaned.
In addition, cleaning and reinforced disinfection procedures will be introduced in areas frequently in contact with visitors: tables, door handles, toilets, stair ramps… Some areas will also be cleaned by nebulization at night.

Will the queues be lengthened ?

In accordance with the directives of the French government and health authorities, the physical distancing will be implemented through the destination including in the queues.

Will all attractions be available at the reopening ?

Theoretically, yes. The configuration of each vehicle, as well as the boarding, will be adapted to the physical distance between groups or families. However, children’s playgrounds, traditional encounters with Disney Characters, and make-up and makeover experiences will remain temporarily unavailable


Will FASTPASS still be available ?

Single Rider files and FASTPASS service will be unavailable at the reopening.

Will all the shops be open ?

Yes, however the number of instant visitors will be momentarily reduced and adjustments will be made in the shops.

Which restaurants will be open at the reopening ?

That being said, all buffet-style restaurants will be transformed into all-you-can-eat. Restaurants will no longer offer dating experiences with characters.

Will the Buffalo Bill Wild West Show be open ?

No, unfortunately, it will be closed.

Can I pay by contactless card ?

Contactless payment will be recommended in the shops.

Will green and orange priority access cards be available at the re-opening ?

Yes, they will always be accepted in attractions, according to the same principle as before.

Can we still hug our favorite characters ?

No, unfortunately. The characters will be back to take pictures in their presence but no contact will be allowed. The distance of 1 m applies. Members of the Avengers will be at the Studio Theater. Immersive experiences will be offered to lovers of the Frozen Queen: you can take pictures with the characters of the film in Kristoff’s barn or in Elsa’s Ice Palace at Animation Celebration.

Will the princesses’ pavilion be open ?

Unfortunately, not for an indefinite period. This is in order to respect the safety of everyone. However, a large number of characters will surprise us to appear randomly in the park to greet us.

Where can I see Mickey ?

Mickey will be waiting for you on the Meet Mickey Mouse stage. Health measures remain in effect.


Hotels


Is wearing a mask mandatory in hotels ?

Yes, it is required in all common areas. You can of course remove it once in your room or in the restaurant.


I want to cancel my hotel booking, is this possible ?

To offer visitors maximum flexibility, new booking conditions are now available including cancellation and modification without charge, (excluding transport), on stays in Disney Hotels and Resort at any time and this, until seven days prior to arrival. Specific details are available at www.disneylandparis.com


Which hotel will be open when the resort reopens ?

Upon opening, only the New port bay club hotel will be open.

What are the reopening dates of the other hotels ?

The Cheyenne Hotel will open its doors on July 20
The Santa Fe Hotel will open its doors on August 3
Disneyland hotel opens its doors on September 7, 2020

I had a reservation for the Disneyland hotel at the reopening, what’s going to happen?

3 choices are available to you: cancel your reservation, post your reservation or change hotels for the NPBC, Cheyenne from 20 July or Santa Fe from 3 August. In case of price difference, the fleet will refund the difference. For more information, we recommend calling the booking office.

Can hotel guests access both parks ?

Disneyland Paris currently indicates that guests who have booked a park + hotel can move between the two parks.

Will the hotel pools and fitness facilities be open ?

Yes, but with reduced capacity.

Will the rooms be disinfected ?

An in-depth cleaning before the reopening of the hotel as well as between each guest is planned. Optimal cleaning of the contact surfaces will also be carried out every day. In addition, adjustments such as cushion removal, double pillowcase, etc will appear.

Will there be shuttles between Val d’Europe hotels and DLP ?

In theory, yes, but we don’t know to what extent they will be available.

Access to Disney Parks with Annual Pass

Annual Pass validity dates

I have a valid Annual Pass (or one that has expired during the closing period), what do you offer to compensate for the closing period of the Parks ?

The duration of your Annual Pass and its benefits (depending on your Annual Pass type) have been extended by the number of days the Parks were temporarily closed (123 days), starting from the initial expiration date of your Annual Pass.

You will find below the temporary adjustment made to your Annual Pass program.

To thank you for your patience and understanding during this adjustment period, we are pleased to offer you an additional extension to the validity period of your Annual Pass of 30 days.

To ensure Discovery Annual Passes can benefit from this extension, we have removed some restriction dates (from July 27th to 31st, from August 3rd to 7th, from August 10th to 13th and from August 17th to 21st, 2020).

This total extension of 153 days from the initial expiry date was automatically done in our systems. The date printed on your Annual Pass Card will not be modified but the period of validity will effectively be extended.

How can I find my new Annual Pass validity dates ?

Please connect to the following website with your name and Annual Pass number: http://passeport-annuel.disneylandparis.fr/infinity/resa . The new expiry date of your Annual Pass will be indicated on the home page. All Annual Passes will have access to this website. This new expiration date takes into account the total extension of validity (123 closing days + 30 additional days).

 

Disney Parks Access

 How can I visit Disney Parks with an Annual Pass ?

The capacity of Disney Parks will be limited at reopening in order to meet the applicable standards in terms of physical distancing. The general subscription conditions of the Annual Passes do not guarantee access to the Disney Parks in case of heavy crowds.

Also, as an Annual Pass holder, we strongly recommend you reserve your access for the desired visit date(s) on our dedicated booking platform, posted online early July: https://www.disneylandparis.com/fr-fr/ ticket registration/.

This prior reservation will be mandatory for any newly subscribed Annual Pass (see the general subscription conditions validated at the time of purchase).

The reservation can be made easily by entering your Annual Pass number and indicating the desired date of visit. You will need to show this reservation as well as your Annual Pass to be able to access the Disney Parks (subject to availability).

Some days are not available for booking with my Annual Pass, why ?

You can only reserve the validity dates of your Annual Pass. If you have a Discovery, Magic Flex or Magic Plus Annual Pass, you cannot reserve the restriction dates corresponding to your pass.

I booked a night in a Disney Hotel with my Annual Pass discount, could I access the Disney Parks?

The capacity of Disney Parks will be limited at reopening in order to meet the applicable standards in terms of physical distancing. The general subscription conditions of the Annual Passes do not guarantee access to the Disney Parks in case of heavy crowds.

I want to book a room night in a Disney Hotel on a block-out day, could I access the Disney Parks ?

You will not be able to access the parks on a restricted Annual Pass day, even if you have reserved a room night. We invite you to buy a ticket before your arrival and register your visit via the online platform with this ticket.

My family or group of friends and I have several Annual Passes; do we have to register each visitor individually ?

Yes, each visitor is invited to register on the online registration platform. In the case of a family with several Annual Passes, each member is invited to register, including children aged 3 and over.

I want to cancel my visit reservation, how can I do it ?

Park reservations can be cancelled using the same system as used for the reservation up until 10 a.m. (Paris time) on the day for which they have been made.

Please note that if a park reservation has not been cancelled or used on the reserved day, Euro Disney reserves the right to deny access to the Park Reservation System and/or to cancel any other reservation made with the same Annual Pass during the 14 following days, starting from the date of the non-honored visit.

Temporary Annual Pass

I have purchased a temporary Annual Pass (voucher) which expires during the Parks closure period or until September 30th, 2020. How can I transform it into a definitive Annual Pass?

Temporary Annual Pass (voucher), which expires between March 14th and September 30th, 2020 will be automatically extended until March 31, 2021.

If you have bought your temporary Annual Pass on Disneyland Paris website, you must download it before its initial expiry date.

My Annual Pass Benefits

Disney parking

The Disney Parks Car Park is accessible on the valid days of your Annual Pass and until the Disneyland Park closing time. Sanitary measures are implemented to welcome you in the best conditions. Please comply with all the indications given by the Cast Members upon your arrival.

Discount for Shops and Restaurants

Annual Pass discounts in Disney Parks stores and restaurants are available. The usual conditions for these discounts remain unchanged. Please comply with all health and safety precautions posted inside the shops and restaurants of Disney Parks.

For Table Service restaurants, we recommend you to book your table before your visit on the Disneylandparis.com website or in the Disneyland Paris mobile app.

Discounts on the price of overnight stays at Disney Hotels

Reservations are possible via the dedicated Annual Pass phone line, under the usual conditions. However, please note that not all Disney Hotels may be available for booking when you call, please ask our Cast Members for more information.

-20% reduction on 1-day tickets at the entrance to the Disney Parks

Ticket sales at the Disney Parks entrance are currently suspended. However, it is exceptionally possible – and on request from the Visitors Relations counter – to buy 1-day tickets with the Annual Pass discount of -20% for Magic Flex, Magic Plus and Infinity Annual Passes (maximum 5 tickets per day and per Annual Pass member).

PhotoPass+ Pass Annuel

The validity of the PhotoPass+ Pass Annuel (Infinity, Magic Plus and Magic Flex) will be automatically extended by the number of days the Disney Parks were closed. You have no action to take to benefit from this extension. The retention period of your photos online has also been extended by 90 days, corresponding to the period of unavailability of the website.

Discover the brand new Disney PhotoPass™ website from Disneyland Paris at www.disneyphotopass.eu. To access your photos, it is necessary to create a new account. Enter your Disney PhotoPass+ code (without dashes) on the website’s home page, then click “Continue” to create your new account. You can use the same email and password as before if you wish. Please note that the “Disney PhotoPass” mobile App is no longer active.

To enrich your collection of souvenir photos, a new Disney PhotoPass experience will be presented in the Disney Parks. Look for our photographers at strategic locations throughout the parks during your next visit to discover all the new photo opportunities!

Additional information will be available on the Disneyland Paris mobile App.

Discount on the dinner show “The Legend of Buffalo Bill… with Mickey and his Friends! “

As part of the progressive reopening of Disneyland Paris, the dinner-show “Buffalo Bill Wild West Show… with Mickey and Friends!” is currently not available for booking.

Privilege Tickets

To access the parks, all ticket purchases must be made prior to the visit and all ticket holders must make a reservation.

Consequently, privileged tickets will be available early July for purchase only by contacting the dedicated Annual Pass phone line.

The purchase of dated privileged tickets must be made at least 15 working days before the desired visit date. Privileged tickets will only be sent by post (without additional fees), so we advise you to anticipate your visit and booking.

Since privileged tickets are dated, they do not need to register and reserve a date on the Park Reservation System.

 If the Annual Pass member also wishes to visit the Disney Parks with his companions, he must book his visit via the online booking platform.

The usual sales conditions will apply during the purchase (5 tickets maximum per calendar week), and the number of privileged tickets purchased will then be deducted from the total number defined by Annual Pass (10 tickets maximum for the Magic Plus Annual Pass, 20 tickets maximum for the Infinity Annual Pass).

Dedicated Annual Pass Entrance

The dedicated Annual Pass entrance to the Disney Parks, for Magic Plus and Infinity Annual Passes, is accessible as usual. Please note, however, that due to increased health and safety measures, the location of this entrance may change, please ask the Cast Members at the entrance of the Disney Parks.

Extra Magic Time

Extra Magic Time are available to Magic Plus and Infinity Annual Pass members, as well as their accompanying Privileged Tickets, subject to the capacity of Disney Parks. Please note that the Extra Magic Time will be available from July 16 (subject to modification, please check Disneylandparis.com before your visit).

Free rental

Free rentals of strollers, wheelchairs, kennel and luggage storage spaces are available to Infinity Annual Pass members, subject to availability.

My Annual Pass Infinity Benefits

Dedicated Infinity Parking

The Infinity dedicated Parking is accessible to Annual Pass Infinity members, subject to availability, and until the closure of the Disneyland Park. Sanitary measures are implemented to welcome you in the best conditions. Please comply with all the indications given by the Cast Members upon your arrival.

Dedicated Infinity Phone Line

The Annual Pass dedicated phone line is accessible at the usual number. Please note, however, that as the volume of calls is particularly important, your waiting time may be extended.

VIP Parade & Show locations

Due to the temporary unavailability of the “Disney Stars on Parade” and the “Disney Illumination” show, VIP Infinity locations are currently unavailable.

Access to Disney Hotel swimming pools

The reservation of Disney Hotels swimming pools is temporarily unavailable. We invite you to regularly check the availability of this benefit on the Annual Pass reservation website (http://passeportannuel.disneylandparis.fr/infinity/resa)

Monthly payment

I am on the monthly payment program. What about my payment schedule ?

The monthly Annual Pass payments have been suspended since April 2020. These payments will resume from August 2020, according to the usual calendar. Your payment schedule has automatically been shifted by four months, and will therefore follow the extension of your Annual Pass validity.

Renewal

I want to renew my Annual Pass and take advantage of the renewal offer, what should I do?

We recommend you to renew your Annual Pass online: if you have received a nominative email including personal codes, you can renew online and receive your Annual Pass directly at home.

You can also buy an Annual Temporary Renewal Pass directly online: https://www.disneylandparis.com/fr-fr/pass-annuels/renouvellement. You can then book your visit on the online platform with your Temporary Annual Pass, then come and exchange it at the Annual Pass Office in the Disneyland Park. You must exchange it on the day of your first visit.

If your Annual Pass is still valid and expires in less than 2 months, you can also come and renew it at the Annual Pass Office. Given the current situation, however, we recommend that you renew it online.

I have an Annual Pass which expired during the closure period of the Parks and I wish to benefit from the renewal offer but this is no longer valid for me when the Parks reopen. How can I benefit from it ?

If you have an Annual Pass which has expired during the closure period of the Parks, its validity has been extended the number of days of temporary closure of the Parks + 30 days. In addition, you can take advantage of the renewal offer for your newly expired Annual Pass up to 2 months after the reopening of the Parks by purchasing your Annual Pass online or, if it has not yet expired, by going to the Annual Pass Office before its expiration.

Buffalo Bill Wild West Show Birthday Offer

My birthday was during the closing period of “Buffalo Bill Wild West Show… with Mickey and Friends!” and I would have liked to take advantage of the Annual Pass birthday offer, what should I do?

As part of the progressive reopening of Disneyland Paris, “Buffalo Bill Wild West Show… with Mickey and Friends!” is currently unavailable.
