At Disney Adventure World, immersive worlds such as Frozen Kingdom will extend around Adventure Bay(1), the beating heart of the park’s expansion. This central water feature will offer breathtaking views, and its banks, an extension of Adventure Way(2), will come alive during the day with unforgettable encounters with iconic characters. At nightfall, the lake will be illuminated with reflections of light and colour, inviting visitors to stroll along its banks before it transforms into an open-air theatre for a new and exceptional night-time show.
Entertainment throughout the day
On the edge of Adventure Bay(1), the West Pavilion(3) will offer a relaxation area inspired by early 20th century architecture, where visitors can meet Mickey or Minnie, dressed in their new Victorian outfits, currently being made by Cast Members(4) in the Disneyland® Paris costume workshop.
Shortly after the opening on 29 March 2026, other famous Disney Characters will come to enliven the shores of the lake, helping to make this new space a place of enchantment, both day and night.
Disney Cascade of Lights, the second night-time show at Disneyland Paris
At nightfall(6), as Adventure Bay(1) plunges into darkness, something extraordinary will happen. Barges gliding quietly across the water will set the stage for a brand new night-time show: Disney Cascade of Lights(5). More than just a show, this production is designed to be an emotional journey, inviting each visitor to believe in their own inner strength, to marvel and to feel the power of storytelling in a way that only Disney knows how.
Designed as the grand finale to each day at Disney Adventure World, this show will offer visitors of all ages an unforgettable experience. Designed in a 360° configuration with tiered banks, it will offer every visitor an exceptional view from every angle. Pushing the boundaries of innovation, this production will feature the world’s first integration of a revolutionary aquatic drone system, combined with next-generation aerial drones, to create breathtaking choreography unfolding simultaneously in the sky and on the water.
This new production will invite visitors to step into history and experience their own heroic journey, inspired by the courage and determination of stories from Disney featuring Vaiana, Mulan, Hercules and Zootopia, Pixar featuring Up, and the MARVEL universe.
This show will combine immersive staging with cutting-edge special effects to offer a unique experience at Disneyland® Paris. Visitors will enjoy unprecedented proximity to a multitude of scenic elements, including water screens, fountain choreography, large-scale projections, dynamic lighting, special effects and pyrotechnics. At its centre, a unique ballet of 379 drones, developed in collaboration with official technology partner Dronisos, will light up the sky and water with sophisticated figures and dazzling choreography. New aquatic drone technology has been created exclusively for this show, in keeping with the destination’s ongoing approach to innovation for its night-time shows.
This experience will come to life to the beat of an original soundtrack recorded by a 90-piece orchestra. Featuring new arrangements of iconic Disney music, the soundtrack will include a brand new adaptation of ‘The Blue Light’ from Moana and a new anthem created for this show: ‘We Can Be Heroes’. Together, these elements will highlight a unique blend of technology, art and storytelling, making this production a benchmark in Disney night-time entertainment.
Over the coming months, the Spectacles teams will begin rehearsals to perfect the choreography of aerial and aquatic drones, combined with cutting-edge special effects, guaranteeing a breathtaking experience from the moment the extension opens.
