I have a valid Annual Pass, or one that expires during the Parks closing period. What do you offer to compensate for the closed period of the Parks?
The duration of your Annual Pass and its benefits (depending on your Annual Pass type) will be extended by the number of days of the resort’s temporary closure, starting from the expiration date of your Annual Pass.
I would like to buy an Annual Pass during the Parks closing period, what should I do?
Annual Pass sales are currently suspended. We invite you to regularly consult our website to find out the date of the Annual Pass sales reopening.
I purchased a Temporary Annual Pass which will expire during the Park closure period. How is its validity affected?
If you bought your Temporary Annual Pass on the Disneyland Paris website, you must download it before its initial expiration date. Any Temporary Annual Pass with an expiration date between October 30, 2020 and February 12, 2021 will be automatically extended until 31 March 2021.
I am on the monthly payment program. What about my payment schedule?
Monthly Annual Pass payments will be suspended from November 1 st , 2020. These payments will resume in March 2021, according to the usual conditions. Your payment schedule will be automatically shifted and will therefore follow the extension of your Annual Pass validity.
My Annual Pass will expire during the closure period. I want to renew it, what should I do?
If you have an Annual Pass that expires during the resort’s closure period, its validity will be extended by the number of days of temporary closure. In addition, you will be able to take advantage of a renewal offer after the resort’s reopening.
