2 puff pastry
125 g of almond powder
60 g caster sugar
1 natural yogurt
100 g of fresh or frozen raspberries
1 egg yolk (for the gilding)

1/ Cutting puff pastry
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Unroll the two puff pastry doughs.
Using the template provided, cut the two sun-shaped pasta with a knife, then set aside.
2/ Light frangipane
In a bowl, combine the almond powder, eggs, sugar and plain yogurt.
Stir in whole raspberries if they are fresh or broken if frozen (using a blender).
Spread the first cut puff pastry on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Spread the frangipane starting from the center of the sun towards the rays, leaving about 1 cm free on the edges of the dough, then put the bean.
Wet the edges of the dough with the brush and a little water, then cover with the second cut dough.
Press all the way around the patty with your fingers to weld the two doughs together.
Make streaks with a fork on top and brown with the egg yolk.
Bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes. Monitor the cooking.
